Family accounts

From now on, our kiosk software supports family accounts, so the process of registering a family is improved, and customers can accumulate their loyalty points into a joint account, and use it for any of the family members.
Statistics about purchase history are also gathered under 1 account, giving you a better representation of the family’s purchase habits.Family 2

Customers can register the whole group/family in the kiosk and sign 1 waiver for everyone. If a person already registered, he can upgrade his existing account to a family account.

Because we recognize the relationship between the members as a family, all reusable fields are prefilled after the initial signup, which means that the primary information (the last name, country, email) only needs to be filled in once. This results in a significant improvement in the registration process duration.

Combined waivers are also possible, allowing the guardian to sign all the waivers at once. If there are multiple adults in the group or the activity requires everyone to sign a waiver, customers can select a family member in the kiosk, and individually sign a waiver for this activity.

Having your customers registered as a family also can help your employees when this information is needed. If someone lost his parents or forgot his member card, the relation information is in the member profile and can be used to solve the issue.  Family 3
